Kelly spent over three decades at State Farm Insurance as a Claim Service Assistant. There, she entered contents inventory for fire claims, managed legal documents from the Department of Financial Services, and was the primary contact for medical providers regarding PIP payment statuses. Her accuracy in handling tasks and proficiency in customer service, data entry, and communication made her an invaluable team member.

Kelly joined Taylor Anthony 365, in October 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. In this role she interacts with clients daily, addressing inquiries about services and scheduling appointments for estimates. Her professionalism, along with her sense of humor, has earned the admiration of our clients.
