Austin has over 16 years of experience in the landscape industry. After earning his AA degree at Florida Community College of Jacksonville, he attended First Coast Technical College and completed their Landscape and Turf Management Program designed for landscape business owners. He has achieved certifications including FNGLA-FCHP (Florida Nursery Growers and
Landscape Association – Certified Horticulture Professional) and FEDP BHMP (Federal Department of Environmental Protection – Best Management Practices).

Since July 2013, Austin has co-owned Taylor Anthony 365 with his parents, starting the company with just one truck and a mower – a true success story. 

As Sales Director and Owner, Austin is responsible for new business development at Taylor Anthony 365. Additionally, he oversees Account Management. 

Ginger is an experienced professional with over sixteen years in the call center industry. Throughout her career, she has successfully led and managed large teams, notably as a Call Center Manager at Convergys Corporation, where she led over one hundred customer care representatives, achieved customer service and sales objectives, and designed and delivered training programs. Ginger's expertise also extends to project implementation, having coordinated call center operations across multiple locations in the United States.

Later in her career, she served as a Customer  Service Concierge at Sheltair Aviation, excelling in scheduling private flights and managing travel logistics for high-profile clients, including celebrities and political figures. Ginger is known for her confident and poised interactions with elite clientele, demonstrating strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Ginger is a co-owner of Taylor Anthony 365. With over eleven years of experience in the lawn maintenance and landscape industry, she started Taylor Anthony 365 from her home with her husband and son, Austin. She is currently the Office Manager, leading human resources and payroll. Ginger leverages her years of experience in customer service and process improvement to constantly enhance the experience for the clients of Taylor Anthony 365.

With over 30 years of clerical and administrative experience, Kelly is a dependable and detail-oriented professional.

Kelly spent over three decades at State Farm Insurance as a Claim Service Assistant. There, she entered contents inventory for fire claims, managed legal documents from the Department of Financial Services, and was the primary contact for medical providers regarding PIP payment statuses. Her accuracy in handling tasks and proficiency in customer service, data entry, and communication made her an invaluable team member.

Kelly joined Taylor Anthony 365, in October 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. In this role she interacts with clients daily, addressing inquiries about services and scheduling appointments for estimates. Her professionalism, along with her sense of humor, has earned the admiration of our clients. Kelly is dedicated to ensuring every Taylor Anthony client receives exceptional service and attention to detail, making each interaction a positive experience.

Josh has over 15 years of operations management experience with United Parcel Service (UPS). In late 2020, he served as a Business Operations Manager, overseeing a 200-mile territory. In this role, he led 11 supervisors and 150 hourly employees. Josh has completed extensive corporate training with UPS in leadership, labor relations, finance, safety compliance, and business
planning.

In May 2021, Josh joined Taylor Anthony 365 as an Operations Manager. He is responsible for leading the lawn maintenance and landscape divisions for both residential and commercial services. His duties include overseeing the productivity and quality of work delivered by the crews, recruiting and hiring production teams, managing equipment/truck/trailer inventory, and developing daily and weekly schedules to ensure maximum productivity. He is also responsible for managing cost associated with running the day-to-day operation, including maintenance and repair costs. Josh collaborates with Account Management to resolve client issues swiftly and implements quality and recognition programs to prevent potential issues.

Brandon’s tenure as an Inspector, Lawn Technician, Service Manager, and General Manager, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the landscape and pest control industry. He is state certified and licensed in Lawn and Ornamental, with experience in providing quality care for at risk lawns and shrubs. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable in aspects of turf grass management, irrigation, turf treatment, and insect disease management. With over a decade of experience in customer relations, Brandon brings a unique approach to client interactions, catering to the diverse needs of commercial and residential clients.

Brandon joined Taylor Anthony 365, as an Account Manager in March 2024. Brandon's involvement in business development and enhancement activities underscores his strategic acumen, leveraging his expertise to tailor landscape solutions that align with each client's unique requirements.

Robby Claunch is an experienced Lawn Care Technician with over 5 years of expertise in lawn & ornamental care, landscape maintenance, account management, and overall lawn care management. Robby specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for both turf and ornamental landscapes, focusing on enhancing the health, beauty, and sustainability of residential and commercial properties.

With a strong understanding of soil health, fertilization, weed control, and pest management, Robby ensures that every lawn & ornamental feature receives the precise care it needs to thrive throughout the year. He prides himself on his attention to detail and his ability to customize services to meet the specific needs of each client. Robby’s dedication extends to account management, where he builds lasting relationships and delivers tailored solutions that maintain vibrant, healthy landscapes.
