Ginger is an experienced professional with over sixteen years in the call center industry. Throughout her career, she has successfully led and managed large teams, notably as a Call Center Manager at Convergys Corporation, where she led over one hundred customer care representatives, achieved customer service and sales objectives, and designed and delivered training programs. Ginger’s expertise also extends to project implementation, having coordinated call center operations across multiple locations in the United States.

Later in her career, she served as a Customer  Service Concierge at Sheltair Aviation, excelling in scheduling private flights and managing travel logistics for high-profile clients, including celebrities and political figures. Ginger is known for her confident and poised interactions with elite clientele, demonstrating strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Ginger is a co-owner of Taylor Anthony 365. With over eleven years of experience in the lawn maintenance and landscape industry, she started Taylor Anthony 365 from her home with her husband and son, Austin. She is currently the Office Manager, leading human resources and payroll. Ginger leverages her years of experience in customer service and process improvement to constantly enhance the experience for the clients of Taylor Anthony 365.
