• Re-sloped the area to provide better drainage away from the house
• Installed a commercial-grade, black plastic plant bed border to contain rock along the walkway
• Installed weed barrier prior to laying rock to prevent weeds from growing through rock
• Installed flagstone walkway recessed in brown river rock
• Raised the canopy on a large oak tree to provide more sun on grass, as the grass was not growing due to lack of sun
• Installed tropical plants on the left and right side of the fire pit area

(Client added 1 pallet of sod in other areas of their backyard and are considering to add more sod after they see how quickly more sunlight causes their sod to fill in…)
